Reproduction radio blanking plates for FJ40 series landcruiser

Factory fitted item which is hard to find these days. Silicone mold produced using original part and cast with polyurethane resin. Rear clips 3D printed using PETG and features to locate the plate once fitted.

Lost PLA casted modified thermostat housing

Re-designed thermostat housing with a modified coolant path to avoid idle air control valve. 3D printed in PLA and set in plaster. PLA melted out and set into greensand & runners created. 

FJ40 landcruiser Interior light

3 position interior light. Reproduced using resin casted in a 2 part silicone mold. Due to thin walls, the resin mixture is vacuum degassed and left to set in a pressure pot.

CAD model of base reproduced to mimic original aesthetic.  3D printed using PETG to fit commonly available 3 position switch.

Steering wheel shroud integrated gauge cluster

Original steering wheel shroud 3D scanned and reverse engineered so that it could be modified to add a 52mm gauge. 

Windscreen wiper bottle adapter
